Ypx here—back for another weekly Soundtrack Saturday. It’s been a good week that I look to cap off with another interesting piece of music for #SoundtrackSaturday.
Final Fantasy XIV released in 2010 for consoles, but A Realm Reborn is a replacement for the original version of the game and released in 2013. A Realm Reborn needed plenty of new music as an MMORPG, and a replacement one at that, the majority of which was composed by Masayoshi Soken, with some reused music from the original XIV composed by Uematsu himself and that game’s sound team.
